Our Mat Pilates Class Style at Mind Flow Pilates

Our Matwork Gentle Flow & Strength sessions blend steady strength work with moments of stretch and relaxation. You will move through sequences that encourage body awareness, balance, and control, with time to breathe and reconnect throughout the class.

What to Bring and How to Prepare

  • Comfortable clothing that allows free movement
  • A water bottle
  • A small towel if you prefer
  • Mats and props are provided in the studio, including equipment for our Mums and Bubs sessions.
  • Socks are recommended but not required
