Descriptions:

Reformer - everyBODY:
EveryBODY welcome! Suitable for all levels (beginners & intermediate). Beginner friendly with options provided to progress and challenge. Layered strength sequences to find your challenge point, modifications as necessary. Focus on form, quality of movement, flow & precision. Find your flow and enjoy the movement! Always stretching! Meditation included at the end of every class.

Beginner Reformer / Intro (Saturdays) - A supportive reformer class designed for beginners and first-time clients. This class focuses on learning the reformer, building confidence, and developing strong foundations through clear guidance and controlled movement. Expect full-body strength, mobility, and simple, well-sequenced exercises with plenty of options throughout. No prior reformer or Pilates experience required. Also suitable for anyone returning to Pilates or wanting to revisit the basics in a calm, supportive environment. Meditation included at the end of every class.

Reformer - 'Gentle Strength & Flow': A gently designed reformer class. A slightly slower pace and more awareness of loading through the wrists and knees. Perfect for first timers or if you want a gentle ease in. Popular with our 50+ community but not limited to. Expect flowing and strengthening movements on lighter springs. Time to explain how the reformer works and answer questions.

Matwork - Strength & Flow: A welcoming Mat class that guides you through mindful movement, building strength & balance while creating a calm moment. A great place to start for learning Pilates basic principles. A gentle flow while always providing challenge options and variations. Spinal mobility and stretches woven through. Grounding meditation included at the end of every class.

Video-guided (Digital) Reformer: Choose your own reformer class length and level of difficulty on our digital computer screens located next to the reformer beds. These sessions are all at your own pace, in your own time. 50 Minute time-slots. First session includes an introduction on how to use so you feel comfortable. These are not instructor-led and are designed to be self-guided. Someone will always be in the studio for supervision. We highly recommend you first attend an instructor-led class or have done reformer before. You can even choose what body parts to work out that day - completely up to you! See our FAQ page for information on bringing prams/kids.

Mums N Bubs: Open classes. A gentle flow & strengthening class while always providing challenge options and variations. A nice way to ease back in. Even though these sessions are not Physiotherapy, our instructor is a Physiotherapist by background so understands post-partum considerations for Pilates exercises. Focus on form, positioning and alignment. We linger a little longer afterwards! All babies mats, toys and bouncers provided. Just bring yourself and Bub! Lots of space for prams in the studio and level access. Bub can join in as much as you'd like or have a little snooze while you get some 'me' time. Designed to be a little slice of heaven, gentle movement, connection and togetherness in those early days/months. Babies can attend up to ~12 months. Can use membership to attend.
