Mind Flow Pilates offers several ways to move, train, and reconnect. Each service is designed to feel welcoming, adaptable, and grounded in quality of movement rather than performance or pressure.

Matwork classes focus on controlled bodyweight movement, strength, spinal mobility, stretching and balance. These sessions are ideal if you prefer floor based exercise or are looking to learn the foundations while building strength and body awareness. Gentle options, variations and progressions always provided in class.

If you are new to Pilates, our matwork 'gentle flow & strength' classes are a beautiful place to begin.

Matwork Pilates

Our Reformer Pilates classes utilise premium reformer beds to build strength, improve posture, and deepen core engagement through smooth, flowing sequences. These sessions are suitable for beginners and those with Pilates experience, with clear options provided to progress or modify each movement.

Reformer Pilates

Our Self-guided (Digital) Reformer sessions allow you to choose your class length, difficulty level, and body focus using in studio digital screens. These sessions are self guided and supported by staff on site, making them a flexible option for those who prefer to move at their own pace.

Self-Guided (Digital) Reformer

Our Mums and Bubs Pilates sessions are designed to support new mums as they return to movement in a calm, supportive environment. Mats, bouncers, and toys are provided. The focus is on gentle strength, connection, and community. Our lead instructor taking this class is a Physiotherapist by background so is aware of post-partum exercise considerations such as pelvic floor and abdominal changes.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. All of our classes are designed to welcome beginners. Our instructors provide options and variations so you can move at a level that feels right for you. We have a Saturday 'Beginner Reformer' for very first timers. Our Gentle flow Reformer is a slower pace with awareness of loading through joints.

Do I need experience to join a class?

Comfortable clothing you can move in, a water bottle, and grip socks for reformer sessions. Mats and props are provided for all classes. You are welcome to BYO mat if you prefer.

What should I bring to my first session?

Yes. Most memberships allow you to attend different class styles, including reformer and matwork sessions. Digital reformer access depends on your selected package.

Can I mix different class types with a membership?

Most classes run for 45 to 50 minutes and include a grounding or meditation moment at the end.

How long are classes?

Parking is available in the complex, right outside the studio. There is also street parking on Kerta Rd. We encourage this during busy times. We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can find a comfortable spot and settle in before your class begins.

Is there parking available at the studio?

Yes. The carpark is flat and pram friendly, making it easier for those attending Mums and Bubs sessions or anyone who prefers step free access from their parking spot to the studio. No stairs.

Is parking suitable for prams and easy access? 

Founder of Mind Flow Pilates and certified APPI Pilates instructor. I am also a private Physiotherapist with nearly a decade of clinical rehab experience as well as a Lymphoedema Therapist. I'm passionate about helping people feel strong, confident and positive in both the body and mind. My approach blends my knowledge with functional, safe and empowering Pilates practice that meets you exactly where you are. My Physiotherapy background shapes the way I cue and think about movement. Interest in the human body and exercise have been common themes throughout my career. 

I'm a mum of two beautiful boys, wife, dog mum and personal development lover. I understand the juggle - the changes our bodies go through, the need for balance and the importance of taking time to reset. I'm a big believer in balance and I love to keep it real. Also a chocoholic, coffee enthusiast and love a good belly laugh. I'm excited to meet you, share my wisdom and build genuine connections with every one of you! xx
