Frequently Asked Questions

We require medical clearance to attend and commence 6 weeks post-partum at the earliest. We recommend you attend once you feel comfortable leaving the house and moving gently. The class also builds that confidence leaving the house with baby. We are all mums who just 'get it.'

How old does my baby need to be to attend?

Yes. Classes are flexible and baby led. You are welcome to pause, feed, or comfort your baby whenever needed.

Can I feed or settle my baby during class?

No. These sessions are designed to be beginner friendly, with clear guidance and simple movements.

Do I need previous Pilates experience?

We recommend seeking advice from your healthcare provider before attending any postnatal movement classes. Our instructors can offer general options to help you stay comfortable during class.

Are these sessions suitable after a caesarean birth?
