Beginner Reformer / Intro: A supportive reformer class designed for beginners and first-time clients. This class focuses on learning the reformer, building confidence, and developing strong foundations through clear guidance and controlled movement. Expect full-body strength, mobility, and simple, well-sequenced exercises with plenty of options throughout. No prior reformer or Pilates experience required. Also suitable for anyone returning to Pilates or wanting to revisit the basics in a calm, supportive environment.
Reformer – Gentle Strength & Flow (beginner): A gently designed reformer class. A slightly slower pace and more awareness of loading through the wrists and knees. Perfect for first timers/beginners or if you want a gentle ease in. Popular with our 50+ community but not limited to. Expect flowing and strengthening movements on lighter springs. Time to explain how the reformer works and answer questions.
Reformer – everyBODY: EveryBODY welcome! Suitable for beginners – intermediate. Beginner friendly with options provided to progress and challenge. Layered strength sequences to find your challenge point, modifications as necessary. Focus on form, quality of movement, flow & precision. Find your flow and enjoy the movement! Always stretching!
Reformer – everyBODY STRONG: A more dynamic reformer class with extra layering, longer endurance sets and a slightly faster pace. Best suited to clients already confident with reformer foundations and looking for that extra challenge. An intermediate class but beginners are welcome if comfortable moving at a faster pace and taking modifications where needed. We suggest attending our ‘EveryBODY’ classes first and then progressing onto EveryBODY Strong classes as desired.
Matwork – Strength & Flow: A welcoming Mat class that guides you through mindful movement, building strength & balance while creating a calm moment. A great place to start for learning Pilates basic principles. A gentle flow while always providing challenge options and variations. Spinal mobility and stretches woven through. Grounding meditation included at the end of every class.
Video-guided (Digital) Reformer: Choose your own reformer class length and level of difficulty on our digital computer screens located next to the reformer beds. These sessions are all at your own pace, in your own time. 50 Minute time-slots. First session includes an introduction on how to use so you feel comfortable. These are not instructor-led and are designed to be self-guided. Someone will always be in the studio for supervision. We highly recommend you first attend an instructor-led class or have done reformer before. You can even choose what body parts to work out that day – completely up to you! See our FAQ page for information on bringing prams/kids.
Mums N Bubs: Open classes. A gentle flow & strengthening class while always providing challenge options and variations. A nice way to ease back in. Even though these sessions are not Physiotherapy, our instructor is a Physiotherapist by background so understands post-partum considerations for Pilates exercises. Focus on form, positioning and alignment. We linger a little longer afterwards! All babies mats, toys and bouncers provided. Just bring yourself and Bub! Lots of space for prams in the studio and level access. Bub can join in as much as you’d like or have a little snooze while you get some ‘me’ time. Designed to be a little slice of heaven, gentle movement, connection and togetherness in those early days/months. Babies can attend up to ~12 months. Can use membership to attend.

I started at Mind Flow Pilates on 31 March with the 3 class introductory special, and honestly I nearly wanted to cry just doing something good for myself. As a middle aged curvy mum, it felt like a big step in self care and being more aware of looking after me so I can be the best for those I love. In the first few weeks I could only manage one class a week, but I looked forward to every session. It’s only been 16 sessions and I am already so much stronger and more confident. At the beginning I needed balance poles, and now I don’t need them at all. I am now attending twice a week and aiming for three. My first class with Indali left my muscles fully activated and I could feel it for a few days, in the best way. I then moved into Jen’s Gentle Strength and Flow and felt the benefits both mentally and physically. I now mix up my sessions weekly. The way I am taught and encouraged at my own level, with a great mix of class options catering to all levels and amazing instructors, has made me not hate exercise. Jen is a local young mum who has created something really special at Mind Flow Pilates, a supportive, welcoming community that truly values feeling good and being strong. Her impact goes far beyond fitness. Don’t be scared to come and try it, the environment is so warm and welcoming and you will be better for it. Invest in yourself and trust in what Jen is building. I have felt supported and encouraged every step of the way. This has been the best gift I have ever given myself. Thank you Jen.Posted on Google Sabrina KerrTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely loved the mat Pilates class! I absolutely love Mind Flow Pilates. The studio has such a calm and welcoming vibe, and all of the teachers are so knowledgeable and mindful in the way they teach. Every class feels supportive and you leave feeling good both mentally and physically. I also love the little added touches at the end of class like the mindfulness meditation and affirmation cards, it really makes the whole experience feel so grounding and relaxing. Definitely one of my favourite parts of the week.Posted on Google Tabitha LemonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found mindflow pilates through Instagram ad & was instantly amazed at the diverse & inclusive classes offered. I booked a 1:1 + 3 class special and attended my 1:1 this afternoon. I have never felt so supported and excited to start my Pilates journey. Jen was so informative, supportive, knowledgeable and even went over time to ensure I had been informed of the basics before commencing group classes. I left feeling confident and booked in a group class straight after. Thankyou so much Jen & can’t wait to continue my Pilates journey with mindflow. If you’re thinking of joining - definitely do it! She’s so lovely and knowledgeable with her physio background. It’s a beautiful studio and warm environment to get back into gentle exercise after having a baby. And it’s so nice to be able to bring baby with me. Jen has lots of bouncers and baby toys for the bubs. Highly recommend for new mums.Posted on Google Donna HideTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had such a beautiful experience at Mind Flow Pilates Kincumber. I joined through the personalised intro promotion, which included a 30-minute 1:1 session plus 3 group classes, and it was honestly the perfect way to ease back into reformer Pilates. At 30 weeks pregnant, I was feeling a little nervous about getting started again, but Jen made the whole experience feel so safe, welcoming, and supportive. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and gave me personalised alternatives that suited my body and stage of pregnancy. The 1:1 session helped me feel confident learning the reformer, springs, positions, and movements before stepping into the group classes. What I also love is how many options the studio offers beyond standard reformer classes, there are mums and bubs classes, mat workouts, video-guided digital reformer classes, and different intro promotions depending on your needs, which makes it feel really inclusive whether you’re a beginner, returning after time away, pregnant, postpartum, or just want something flexible. The studio itself is beautiful! Super spacious, easy to access, and has such a warm, inviting atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. There are so many class options and promotions available, making it easy to find something that suits your body, schedule, and confidence level. If you’re new to pilates, returning after time away, pregnant, postpartum, or working around old injuries, I highly recommend starting with one of their intro offers. It made me feel excited instead of nervous, and so supported every step of the way. I can’t wait to book in my next few classes and start coming regularly.
