Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates at Mind Flow Pilates is designed to help you build strength, improve posture, and reconnect with your body through smooth, flowing movement. Located in the heart of Kincumber on the Central Coast, our boutique studio offers reformer classes that feel supportive, welcoming, and adaptable for every body and experience level.

Whether you are completely new to Pilates or returning to movement, our approach focuses on quality of movement, gentle progression, and a calm, grounded class environment.

What Is Reformer Pilates and How It Supports Your Body

Reformer Pilates uses a specialised reformer bed with springs, straps, and a moving carriage to guide controlled, low impact movement. This setup allows you to work on strength, balance, and flexibility at the same time, while supporting joints and encouraging deeper core engagement.

At Mind Flow Pilates, our reformer sessions are built around:

  • Flowing movements
  • Clear options to modify or progress exercises
  • Focus on posture, breath, and awareness
  • A grounding meditation at the end of every class

If you are exploring different ways to move, you may also like to check out our matwork, self-guided digital pilates, and mums and bubs options.
