From the moment you step inside, every tiny detail has been thought of to create a relaxing experience - the stunning studio aesthetic, the meditation moment before you start your day, to the warm tea waiting after class (and the delicious Saturday sweet treats!) Jen and all of her instructors are wonderfully attentive, incredibly knowledgeable, and so lovely. They design workouts that give you that satisfying pilates burn while always giving beginner-friendly options. Plus, the community is so inclusive and welcoming. Jen from MindFlow Pilates was absolutely amazing! She came to our accommodation for a private Pilates class as part of our friend's hens, and it was one of the highlights of the weekend. She was so organised, thoughtful, and tailored the class perfectly to our group. We all had such a great time and would highly recommend Jen to anyone looking for a fun and unique experience!Posted on Google Donna HideTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The classes are small and intimate with personalised approach for you and your recovery. Jenn is also a physio so you know you are in good hands. Provided with lovely chairs and play mats for your baby to be comfortable and entertained throughout the class (also don’t worry if they are not, it’s a non judgment zone). The class ends with a beautiful meditation (if the babies are open to it) and a tea and chats with other mummas. What a beautiful place to be postpartum!Posted on Google Jennefer CleerenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I love this place. The different classes have a good variety and the positive vibe and professionalism makes you feel great evertime you finish a class. I'm so happy I walked in the door and that I found my place!Posted on Google Courtney ConduitTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mind Flow Pilates is a wonderful studio with wonderful instructors. From the moment I took my first class I felt right at home. I know that the instructors are both qualified and caring - looking after each person in the class and ensuring modifications are available when required. I would recommend Mind Flow to anyone who is looking for a safe, inclusive, welcoming space to start or continue their Pilates practice.Posted on Google MadeleineTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I started at Mind Flow Pilates on 31 March with the 3 class introductory special, and honestly I nearly wanted to cry just doing something good for myself. As a middle aged curvy mum, it felt like a big step in self care and being more aware of looking after me so I can be the best for those I love. In the first few weeks I could only manage one class a week, but I looked forward to every session. It’s only been 16 sessions and I am already so much stronger and more confident. At the beginning I needed balance poles, and now I don’t need them at all. I am now attending twice a week and aiming for three. My first class with Indali left my muscles fully activated and I could feel it for a few days, in the best way. I then moved into Jen’s Gentle Strength and Flow and felt the benefits both mentally and physically. I now mix up my sessions weekly. The way I am taught and encouraged at my own level, with a great mix of class options catering to all levels and amazing instructors, has made me not hate exercise. Jen is a local young mum who has created something really special at Mind Flow Pilates, a supportive, welcoming community that truly values feeling good and being strong. Her impact goes far beyond fitness. Don’t be scared to come and try it, the environment is so warm and welcoming and you will be better for it. Invest in yourself and trust in what Jen is building. I have felt supported and encouraged every step of the way. This has been the best gift I have ever given myself. Thank you Jen.

Our Pilates Services and Class Options
Mind Flow Pilates offers several ways to move, train, and reconnect. Each service is designed to feel welcoming, adaptable, and grounded in quality of movement rather than performance or pressure.
Matwork Pilates
Matwork classes focus on controlled bodyweight movement, strength, spinal mobility, stretching and balance. These sessions are ideal if you prefer floor based exercise or are looking to learn the foundations while building strength and body awareness. Gentle options, variations and progressions always provided in class.
If you are new to Pilates, our matwork ‘strength & flow’ classes are a beautiful place to begin.
Reformer Pilates
Our Reformer Pilates classes utilise premium reformer beds to build strength, improve posture, and deepen core engagement through smooth, flowing sequences. These sessions are suitable for beginners and those with Pilates experience, with clear options provided to progress or modify movements.
You can explore our pilates timetable for all available reformer class times and session descriptions.
Mums & Bubs Pilates
Our Mums and Bubs Pilates sessions are designed to support new mums as they return to movement in a calm, supportive environment. Mats, bouncers, and toys are provided. The focus is on gentle strength, connection, and community. Our lead instructor taking this class is a Physiotherapist by background so is aware of post-partum exercise considerations such as pelvic floor and abdominal changes.
Booking details can be found in our class schedule information page. 5 class packs available.
Video-Guided (Digital) Reformer
Our Video-guided (Digital) Reformer sessions allow you to choose your class length, difficulty level, and body focus using in studio digital screens. These sessions are self guided and supported by staff on site, making them a flexible option for those who prefer to move at their own pace.
