Do you see clients one to one? (1:1)
We have just launched our new ‘Premium Intro Offer.’ This includes x1 one-to-one 30 minute session + 3 group classes. In the 1:1 you will get to learn the reformer basics, names of parts, positions, spring settings and practice some commonly performed exercises. This will give you a great head start before you attend your group class. These are general movement teaching sessions and are not designed for specific guidance around injuries or rehabilitation. A private chance for you to ask all your questions in a supported 1:1 environment! This is designed for first-timers who have never done Reformer Pilates before and want a gentle ease-in before going to the group class setting.
If you are seeking 1:1 clinical Pilates for injuries treatment – this may be offered by our Physiotherapist via appointment through ‘Mind Flow Physio’ and is claimable by healthfund. Please call or email us to enquire about this option. Limited clinical Pilates sessions offered per month, based on availibility.

Mums and Bubs Classes Questions:
1. Can I use my membership on Mums and Bubs?
2. Is it social?
3. How many weeks postpartum do I have to be to attend/how old does bub have to be?
1. Yes you can! For example, if you signed up for a x2 classes/week Core membership, you can use x1 of your weekly credits on the Mums and Bubs class. This would mean you can attend another class that week. This could be another Mums n Bubs or a class that isn’t a ‘Mums and Bub’s’ class, for example: reformer. We also offer Mums and Bub’s x5 Packs to cover your classes without a membership. If you have already bought another pack – these can be redeemed on these classes too but reach out to us and we can swap it.
2. Classes are not scheduled back to back so there is time to have tea after and connect with other mums! This is exactly what mums are craving in those postpartum months, I know I did!
3. We require medical clearance to attend if you are under 12 weeks postpartum. We highly recommend at least 6 weeks, however, we find at least ~8 weeks+ is the sweet spot. Around 12 months is our cut-off for the mums and bubs classes. Our Studio cancellation Policy is 12hrs.
Can I bring my kids and/or baby?
Can I turn up at any time or is booking always required?
Will you be offering more classes in lunch-times?
Do you offer Fitness Passport?
Which class is best for me? I have no idea where to start!
If you have never done reformer before, start with our ‘Beginner Reformer’/ Intro class where we go over fundamentals and building confidence. This is a good place to start so you can learn Pilates basic principles. If you are wanting a 1:1 session before your group class you can purchase our ‘Premium Intro Offer’ which includes the usual x3 group classes plus one 30 minute 1:1 Intro session (get to know the reformer, springs, positions and basic exercises) in a private and supportive environment. This is not clinical pilates, rather and Introductory session. Please call us to discuss 1:1 Clinical pilates for injuries/rehabilitation which our Physiotherapist may be able to provide on an appointment basis (limited).
Matwork is also a great place to start where you can learn Pilates principles without the moving parts of the reformer. Our Sunday Reset: Stretch & Flow class is also a great beginner option (run on cenrtain dates currently). We offer Reformer – ‘Gentle Strength & Flow’ which is a slower pace, also great for beginners and popular with our 50+ community. You will feel instantly welcome and greeted with warmth. We also offer ‘EveryBODY’ reformer sessions – as the name suggests, these are designed for everyBODY (beginner to intermediate) with lots of variations are provided so you feel comfortable with whatever level you are. Our Pilates style is flowy and is designed to be non-intimidating, yet still strengthening. We welcome people of all abilities and really focuses on quality of movement, engaging deeper core muscles, while still giving more challenging options for those who want it!
EXCELLENT Based on 40 reviews Posted on T BTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had such a beautiful experience at Mind Flow Pilates Kincumber. I joined through the personalised intro promotion, which included a 30-minute 1:1 session plus 3 group classes, and it was honestly the perfect way to ease back into reformer Pilates. At 30 weeks pregnant, I was feeling a little nervous about getting started again, but Jen made the whole experience feel so safe, welcoming, and supportive. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and gave me personalised alternatives that suited my body and stage of pregnancy. The 1:1 session helped me feel confident learning the reformer, springs, positions, and movements before stepping into the group classes. What I also love is how many options the studio offers beyond standard reformer classes, there are mums and bubs classes, mat workouts, video-guided digital reformer classes, and different intro promotions depending on your needs, which makes it feel really inclusive whether you’re a beginner, returning after time away, pregnant, postpartum, or just want something flexible. The studio itself is beautiful! Super spacious, easy to access, and has such a warm, inviting atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. There are so many class options and promotions available, making it easy to find something that suits your body, schedule, and confidence level. If you’re new to pilates, returning after time away, pregnant, postpartum, or working around old injuries, I highly recommend starting with one of their intro offers. It made me feel excited instead of nervous, and so supported every step of the way. I can’t wait to book in my next few classes and start coming regularly.Posted on Maiya HarrimanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mind Flow Pilates is nothing short of exceptional, and is a credit to all of the love, time and care that Jen pours into her business and each and every class. Starting pilates here is the best thing I've done for myself in years - I feel welcome and accepted in this beautiful space and am enjoying movement for the first time in a long time. Jen helps make accommodations each class for my health condition so that I'm able to move safely and confidently. I always leave feeling brighter, calmer and having more appreciation for my body. I absolutely love this studio and can't recommend it enoughPosted on Renee IngramTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mind Flow Pilates is such a special place, and a huge part of that is Jen. Her teaching is exceptional, she has an incredible ability to challenge you in every class while still making sure each movement is done correctly and safely. Jen’s attention to detail means you’re always working the right muscles and truly feeling the benefits of each exercise, rather than just moving for the sake of it. She creates a supportive, motivating environment where everyone feels encouraged, regardless of their level. I always leave class feeling stronger, more aligned, and confident that I’ve moved well.Posted on Kerry SmithTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend.Posted on Kellie GrossTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely love Mind Flow Pilates. The studio is so lovely & calming and Jen is amazing! Can’t wait for my next class 🤍Posted on Emma HodgsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely love Mind Flow. Sessions are thoughtful, meaningfully hard without pushing any individual beyond what they're capable of. I can take it as easy, or make it as challenging as I feel comfy with. Jen makes this space feel beautiful & I look forward to every single class. Highly recommend for everyone - whether you've never done pilates before, or you've done it hundreds of times already. The best.Posted on Sophie AndersonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After looking for my Pilates home on the coast, I have finally found it! The instructors are amazing and you feel so welcomed every time you come in. Whether you need easier or harder exercises, they make sure there are suitable options for every one. Not to mention the studio is absolutely beautiful!Posted on Vanessa StevensTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Love this new studio! Jen is brilliant and really helped me with my bad back. Love the end meditation and tea ❤️Posted on Phoebe CussenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
