Mum and Bub Pilates at Mind Flow Pilates is a calm, baby welcoming way to ease back into movement while spending time with your little one. These small group sessions are designed to support new mums through gentle strength work, relaxed pacing, and shared connection with others who are navigating the same early weeks and months.

What to Expect When You Attend With Your Bub

Every session is designed to feel relaxed and adaptable.

Before Class

  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in

During Class

  • Mats, bouncers, and soft toys are available in the studio
  • You are welcome to stop, feed, or soothe your baby at any time

Class Format and Booking Structure

Mum and bub Pilates runs as open classes. Get to know other local mums! Held every Tuesday and Thursday – at 10.20am + Fridays 11.20am.

How old does my baby need to be to attend?
We require medical clearance to attend and commence 6 weeks post-partum at the earliest. We recommend you attend once you feel comfortable leaving the house and moving gently. The class also builds that confidence leaving the house with baby. We are all mums who just ‘get it.’
Yes. Classes are flexible and baby led. You are welcome to pause, feed, or comfort your baby whenever needed.

No. These sessions are designed to be beginner friendly, with clear guidance and simple movements.
